Registration Instructions: Please make sure that all fields below are filled out completely, then click the "Submit" button. You may sign up for as many trainings as you like, just make sure that you include the date and time for each. You will see a confirmation screen if your registration was successfully sent. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Training Department once your request has been received and processed. Please note that you are not officially signed up for the class until you receive this confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive it within 48 hours of sending in your registration, please call the training department at 303-504-6568, or 303-504-6654.

Registration Policy. Each attendee must register in advance. If the training is cancelled at the last minute due to trainer illness, only those who are registered will be notified of the cancellation. Trainings that have fewer than five registrants may be cancelled.

Those attendees who are not MHCD employees must follow the regular registration procedure, and also send a check for the course fee. The cost of each training is $25 per attendee per training, unless otherwise noted. (For example, the cost for Medication Administration is $55. Call for conference costs.) The cost of each training is payable in advance by check. Please make checks payable to MHCD and send to the following address:

Cancellation Policy. Cancellations received three or more business days prior to the training will be refunded at 100%. For cancellations received two days or one day prior to the training, there will be no refund.
