The Mental Health
Center of Denver’s Evaluation and Research Team
has presented at multiple national and
international forums, and authored numerous
publications. MHCD’s team holds a special
interest in research areas such as: development
of statistical models to understand recovery,
resiliency and wellness, psychometrics, survey
development, effectiveness and efficiency,
adolescent mental illnesses, adolescent and
childhood resiliency, childhood mental illness,
family mental health, resiliency, systems of
care, mental wellness, positive psychology,
hope, and social networks.
The Evaluation and
Research Team utilizes state of the art quantitative and qualitative techniques
like in-depth interviews, focus groups, multivariate and multilevel modeling,
latent growth curve modeling, and item response theory to perform advanced
mental health research.
